I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the request makes me uncomfortable, or if I believe it is outside of my skill level.

Usual turnaround time for commissions is less than a week (1-5 days), but I may take longer depending on complexity, queue, responsiveness of client, health, school, or other personal matters.
Commissioned products are to be used for personal use and monitized content only.
You must credit me as the artist when posting or displaying the artwork.

Terms of Service

This document is a legally binding agreement between the Artist ("I" / "Me" / "My") and the Commissioner ("You" / "Client"). By ordering art from the Artist, the Commissioner agrees to the following terms and conditions:
I. General Overview
1.1 Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with a commission, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms stated herein. Ignorance of these terms will not exempt you from their enforcement.1.2 Right to Refuse
I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the request makes me uncomfortable, or if I believe it is outside of my skill level.1.3 Visual References
I will only work from visual references (e.g. art, photos, photo boards, etc.). Clients without visual references will be denied.1.4 Communication
Official inquiries, updates, and approvals can be done through VGen, E-mail, Twitter DMs, Instagram DMs, or Discord.
II. Payment
2.1 Payment Schedule
A full payment upfront or 50% down-payment is required before I get started on a commission.2.2 Refund Policy
- Full refunds will only be offered in case of cancellation prior to completion.
- Partial refunds will be available if a percentage of work has already been done.
- No refunds after final files are delivered.2.3 Late Payment & Reminders
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. A reminder will be sent after 7 days of non-payment. Continued delays may result in project pause, late fees, or cancellation at the artist's discretion.2.4 Modes of Payment
III. Usage & Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Artist Rights
- I retain full copyright and moral rights over the artwork.
- I may showcase the artwork in portfolios or on social media, unless specified otherwise.3.2 Client Rights
- Commissioned products are to be used for personal use and monitized content only. This includes: profile pictures, profile banners, wallpapers, concert freebies, etc. Printing and other forms of physical reproduction are fine, as long as they're not used commercial merch.
- You must credit me as the artist when posting or displaying the artwork.
- You may not edit, recolor, or alter the artwork without explicit permission.3.3 Prohibited Uses
- Use of my work for NFTs and/or to train AI is strictly prohibited.
- The client is prohibited from using the product for merchandising purposes.
IV. Timeline & Delivery
4.1 Turnaround Time & Delays
- Usual turnaround time for commissions is less than a week (1-5 days), but I may take longer depending on complexity, queue, responsiveness of client, health, school, or other personal matters.
- I will update the Client if any unforeseen delays occur.
- I will not do "rush orders".4.2 Workflow
- If Client chooses to be updated, I will send the Client WIPs (work-in-progress screenshots) after each stage of the art process before sending the finished Product. The process goes as follows:
Sketch > Feedback (However many are needed) > Approval
Flat Color > Feedback (3) > Approval
Render > Feedback (3) > Approval
Final Delivery; PNG file, with and without/transparent background4.3 Delivery
- Final product will be delivered digitally, after I have received final payment.
- I will not be responsible for the loss of product once it has been delivered.
V. Additional Clauses
5.1 Revisions Beyond Scope
Revisions beyond the included feedback rounds will be charged at a flat rate or hourly rate, depending on complexity.5.2 Client Conduct
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission if a client exhibits aggressive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior.5.3 Legal Enforcement
These terms are enforceable under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Disputes will be settled in accordance with the artist’s jurisdiction.5.4 Updates to Terms
This Terms of Service is subject to update without prior notice. The version in place at the time of commission agreement will be honoured.
